Welcome to the certified public accounting firm of Jesse K. Swartz, CPA. Jesse is licensed in the District of Columbia (Washington DC) through 2018, and completed a national American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Peer Review in January 2017. For the past two years Jesse has specialized in Federal Compliance examinations and attestations for the USDA Multi-state Commodity Processing program within the National School Lunch Program. His clients participating in this program include many national and global food manufacturers.

Jesse has been an accountant for 25 years working in the food industry as a chief financial officer for a food distributor and a food manufacturer. His involvement with the food industry started when he established an agri-business lending office for a Baltimore bank in 1982. In that capacity he worked with poultry and pork growers and processors, feed grain growers, grain elevators and canneries in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
