Jesse K. Swartz, CPA

Jesse has extensive experience preparing compliance audits for processors in the FNS processor program. He is compliant with the requirements of Government Auditing Standards. Jesse worked for many years in the food industry as a CFO in food distribution and food manufacturing, and in agribusiness lending.  

 

Jesse also prepares federal and state tax returns for limited liability companies, and performs pre-acquisition due diligence for investors in closely held businesses, primarily in the food industries.
